The coffee is washed (washed Arabica!), dried and stored as parchment coffee in resting silos.

After 30 days the parchment is hulled and classified and sent to the port of Veracruz in 69 kilos Jutebags.

Finca Puebla's coffee is fully traceable (bags are marked with FINCA PUEBLA ESTATE COFFEE) along the whole production chain back to the original coffee fields.

Coffee varieties: Garnica (mexican Catuai), Pacamara (21 hectares), Colombia brote café grafted on Robusta (new), Variety garden with 20 different Arabica varities and some Robusta (for own seed purposes: Robusta seedlings are needed for the grafting).

THE PICKING SEASON STARTS IN THE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER AND LASTS UNTIL MARCH.
